Cake orders may be placed via phone, using the contact form on this site, messaging through facebook, in person, and email. Although some space may be available last minute, it is advised to place your cake order as early in advance as possible. With the number of orders we work on each week, written communication to place your order (email or facebook messenger) is always going to be the quickest way to get a response. We check emails early morning and evenings. Unfortunately when working in the cake room, creating cakes for our current orders, we are oftentimes unable to pick up the phone, as our hands are tied up with each cake creation. 

*I do attempt to return all calls within 2 days, however, due to a high level of cake orders can be placed the week of the event. weddings rebooks, some weeks we are seeing we need 3-4 days for a return call.

All celebration orders require a 50% deposit when the cake is ordered, and the final payment is given at the time of pick up or delivery.
Wedding cakes require a $100 retainer fee, which comes off the cost of the cake, and the final cake payment is due 1 month before the wedding. Brides may also make changes to their orders, if needed, up until 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Cake Tastings

Many brides like to schedule a cake tasting to try different cake flavors. At your cake tasting you will get to select 4 different cake flavors to try, and will be given 4 cupcakes of each flavor. All cupcakes are covered in buttercream. If you would like them unfilled, the tastings are $35. If you would like the cupcakes filled with specialty fillings the tasting is $40. The cake tasting fee is waived for all wedding contracts signed at the time of the tasting.

Some popular cake and fillings combinations are almond cake with raspberry filling, red velvet with cream cheese, lemon with lemon cream, chocolate with oreo cream, peanut butter, cream cheese or caramel fillings, and many others.

At your cake tasting we will go over your cake design and get you all ready for your wedding cake. If you have cake designs in mind, color swatches, flower colors, etc., please bring them with you, to help with the planning and cake design.

There is a cake contract and the $100 booking deposit. We will go over the cake contract while at the tasting, and brides reserve their cake after completing their cake contract and submitting the $100 retainer fee.  Your wedding date is not booked and confirmed until the deposit has been received.
