We ordered a Barbie cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. They understood exactly what we were looking for and surprised us with the amazing birthday cake! My little girl was so happy with her Barbie cake and all the guests were very impressed with the cake as well. They used chocolate and strawberry flavor for each layer and everything on the cake was edible. We are absolutely happy with the cake and will definitely be ordering next year as well! Very very recommended!

Tracey is amazing! First, her cakes and desserts are not only gorgeous, but delicious! At our tasting we selected a number of desserts for our dessert bar. I emailed Tracey a picture I found of a previous wedding cake she made and her version of the cake was spot on. Ever since we moved to Gloucester, Tracey has custom made all my kids' birthday cakes. They are always delicious and gorgeous! We pay for transportation to ensure they arrive safely, because we live down a dirt road. There have never had any mishaps -- which is important to me, as this was not the case with bakers we've hired in the past (and we weren't even living on a dirt road then)! The prices have always been very fair. I plan to keep on hiring Tracey as long as we keep needing cake!

So this is the 4th birthday cake I’ve gotten from Tracey at cakes to remember! They always taste so good. This one was strawberry with cream cheese filling and bluey themed! My daughter totally loved it! ❤️

Normally you go to a bakery and the cakes look beautiful in the showcase windows, and your cake order is stunning, however when you cut into the cake to eat it, it is dry, crumbles, hard, lacks taste - just not very good for the costs. On the other hand, you have other cake decorators whose cakes do not look that good at all, but they taste very good.
